Large jaw couplings are now being offered for bore sizes up to 1-3/4ā or 45 mm and torque capacities of 2,655 in-lbs (300 Nm). These new large jaw couplings are designed for use in precision systems with high deceleration and acceleration curves, such as those found in semiconductor, solar, conveyor, and warehouse automation applications.
Pre-assembled modular mounting systems are designed for adjustability across many mounting applications. Conveyor mounting systems emphasize strict parallel installation using a flange-bolt base and a conveyor rail guide. Sensor mounting systems offer flexibility in a mounting application with adjustable or 90-degree connectors, two-way bases, and various mounting brackets. Both systems include stainless steel rods (with or without scale) from 100mm to 300mm in length, zinc clamping levers, and connectors that allow adjustment of the rodsā position.
Mountable shaft collars with face holes are designed to mate directly with components such as sprockets, pulleys, and metallic plates. Ruland manufactures them with drilled holes for mounting flexibility or threaded holes for the most secure connection between the collar and mated component. They are offered in steel, aluminum, and 303 stainless steel in bore sizes ranging from 3/8ā to 2ā and 10mm to 50mm.
Ruland VMTSC25-25-5/16-55-SSNR/5PK is a 5 pack of vibration isolation mounts, each with one tapped hole and one threaded stud. An individual vibration isolation mount 0.98" outside diameter, 5/16x18 threaded stud, 5/16x18 tapped hole, 0.63" stud length, 0.31" tapped hole depth, and 0.98" height. Vibration isolation mounts are used to dampen shock loads and reduce noise and wear on industrial equipment such as motors, conveyors, compressors, fans, or pumps which allows for a safer and more pleasant working environment. They are referred to as a sandwich mount or rubber buffer because they function as a shock or vibration isolator sandwiched between two machine components or surfaces. The threaded stud side can be mounted to the system by passing it through an unthreaded hole and securing with a nut or threading it directly into tapped hole on the component it will be mounted to. The tapped hole can be mounted to the system by threading it onto an existing stud on the component. The rubber jacket is made from natural rubber which has good elasticity and is well suited for most industrial equipment. Rubber bumpers in this pack have 55 Shore A hardness for a balance of rigidity and shock absorption. Bodies are made from stainless steel allowing for increased corrosion resistance. These rubber bumpers are sourced from a premier partner, inventoried by Ruland, and RoHS3 compliant.
