    Shaft Collars with Clamping Levers: One-Piece

    This Ruland bundle combines a one-piece shaft collar with a clamping lever to make a quick release shaft collar. One-piece shaft collars wrap around the shaft for even distribution of clamping forces. This results in a tight fit and greater holding power, without the shaft damage caused by set screws. Clamp collars are easy to remove, indefinitely adjustable, and work well on virtually any shaft. The threaded stud on the adjustable clamping lever is used in place of standard collar hardware. When combined, the two parts create a shaft collar with a ratcheting handle that requires no tools to install, remove, or reposition. Once the lever is installed in the shaft collar, users simply turn the lever until they meet their desired torque. Bore sizes range from 3/8” to 1 ½” and 11mm to 40mm.
