Ruland standard length bellows couplings have fewer convolutions than comparably sized extended length styles allowing for stiffness increases up to 33%. They are ideal for applications that require a flexible coupling with high accuracy and repeatability. Standard bellows couplings are available in clamp style hubs with or without keyways in inch, metric, and inch-to-metric bore combinations ranging from 1/8” to 1 3/4" and 3mm to 45mm. Ruland manufactures them in our ISO 9001:2015 certified advanced manufacturing facility in Massachusetts, USA. They are RoHS3, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliant.
Ruland extended length bellows couplings have more convolutions than standard bellows styles allowing for up to double the misalignment. They are ideal for precise positioning applications that utilize a servo or stepper motor connected to a ball screw, lead screw, or gearbox. Extended length bellows couplings are available in clamp style hubs with or without keyways in inch, metric, and inch-to-metric bore combinations ranging from 3/16” to 3/4" and 4mm to 20mm. Ruland manufactures them in our ISO 9001:2015 certified advanced manufacturing facility in Massachusetts, USA. They are RoHS3, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliant.
