    PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

    Ruland TW:TSQ-3/8-300 THX:BT-3/8-6MM is a rigid frame dial torque wrench and hex bit bundle intended to be used as an installation tool for Ruland shaft collars and couplings with M8 socket head cap screws& in alloy or stainless steel. The bundle contains TW:TSQ-3/8-300 torque wrench and THX:BT-3/8-6MM hex socket bit. The torque range is 0-300 lbs-in (0-33.90 Nm) with dial graduations of 5 lbs-in (0.56 Nm) and accuracy of +/-3%. Users can visually look at the dial during torquing and stop once the desired torque is met. TW:TSQ-3/8-300 is shipped in a plastic carrying case that protects it from damage when being transported from one location to another. The handle is manufactured from chrome plated alloy steel and the frame is a torsional bar system manufactured from a special molybdenum alloy steel that is electronically heat treated to exacting standards for unmatched precision and durability. Mated to the torsional element is a precision manufactured Swiss dial indicator resulting in uncompromised accuracy, even after years of service. The dial is uncomplicated and easy to read reducing the likelihood of an error while torquing. TW:TSQ-3/8-300 is manufactured by Seekonk Precision Tools in Seekonk, MA and conforms to Federal Specification GGG-W-00686C. It is supplied with a complimentary NIST cert and periodic calibration is required depending on the frequency of use.. The THX:BT-3/8-6MM is a 6mm socket bit with overall length of 2-3/4" (70 mm). The socket bit is heat treated and manufactured from chrome plated alloy steel for durability in industrial applications.
